To maintain purity and freshness, this Nolen Gur is prepared only twice a week, in small seasonal batches. The fresh neera is slowly boiled over wooden fire (traditional jalani), following age-old methods passed down through generations. No shortcuts, machines, chemicals, or preservatives are used at any stage.

This careful slow cooking results in the signature danadar texture — a naturally granular, semi-solid form with a deep caramel aroma and rich, earthy sweetness that defines real Nolen Gur.

Because it is 100% natural and unrefined, Amnay Life Danadar Nolen Gur has a short natural shelf life, which is a true indicator of authenticity. Slight softening during transit is normal. For best quality and freshness, refrigeration is recommended after receiving the parcel.
