How is It Sourced?

Using the traditional Indian method, fresh sap extract is collected in earthen pots from the locally grown date palm tree. After sap filtration, it’s subjected to heating over a wood fire in spacious containers until the liquid gradually transforms into a solid state, resulting in a remarkable solidification process.
